1 Cup 30 Calorie Almond Milk
1TBS Coconut Oil
1 scoop wheat grass
About 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple
1 large handful of baby spinach
I use the tamper to get this nice and creamy while I blend :)
